FAQ

How can I download the add-on?

After purchasing the add-on, you will receive automated email to the primary email address associated to your PayPal account (or the email you specify if paying using Credit/Debit card), having download link and license key. Do not forget to check the Spam folder if you don’t receive email in inbox.

For how long is the license valid?

License you purchase is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

From when the license validity period starts?

License validity starts from the moment you make the purchase, not when you save license in your website.

Can I use a license key for multiple websites?

It depends on the license you have purchased. Single site license is valid for one website, 5 Site license is valid for five websites and so on.

Would the website running on a sub-domain be considered a separate website from that running on the main domain?

If the website running at your sub-domain is a separate WordPress installation than the one running at your main domain, then yes, it would be considered a separate site. If you are using a multisite installation of WordPress, discount can be offered based on how many sites are there in your multisite network. What happens when my license expire?

You would be able to use the add-on even after your license expire. But you won’t receive automatic updates and support for the add-on. To enable automatic updates again you would need to purchase new license key for that add-on and replace the expired license key at the license settings page of add-on with the new key.

What do you exactly mean by automatic updates for the add-on?

Automatic update means you would be able to update the add-on automatically from the “Plugins” page in admin panel of your website like you do with other WordPress plugins.

Is the license-fee one-time or recurring?

License-fee is one-time. It’s totally your choice if you want to renew the license after one year or not.

Why am I not able to add products to the cart?

The cart functionality at this website requires the cookies to be enabled in your browser. You would like to check if cookies are disabled in your browser.

Licensing

Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase of extensions/add-ons. You should have a valid license key in order to enable automatic updates.

Automatic Updates

Automatic updates are enabled for one year from the date of purchase. After installing the purchased add-on, you have to save the license key in add-on settings, to enable automatic updates. If license key is valid, you will be notified in admin area of your website regarding the update, if it is available. You will be able to update the add-on automatically as you do with free WordPress plugins.

If you want to enable automatic updates after one year, you must renew your license or purchase a new license for the add-on you want to get updates enabled for.

Support Service

Support for purchased add-ons is provided up to one year after the purchase date. If you want to get support after one year, you must renew your license or purchase a new license for the add-on you want to get support for.

Refunds

If you have issues getting add-on to work at your website, we will be happy to refund your money back within 30 days of the purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be given.

To apply for a refund, contact us at support[at]heateor[dot]com and tell us why you would like to have a refund. Please include a clear explanation why you are unhappy so we can see if there’s anything we can do about it for you or other users. Before a refund will be given, you must allow us to try and help resolve any problems you might have though.

NOTE: Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. If you have any issue, we will try our best to resolve it, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.
